When can I use a joker card?

• Literally, any time the criteria is met! As for resolving disputes, ‘home rules’ apply – whoever owns the game decides the interpretation!

Does it matter if your rival in a major event has +5C (conditioning)?

• No – although we debated this rule!.. We favour the challengers, but if you want to try a variant where +5C rivals get the same major event boost … it’s your life – do it!

What happens after I send someone to confidence crisis with a joker card – what if they are in the middle of a season?

• On the players’ next turn, they must meet exit conditions to resume – but they remain on the outer board and do not resume their season (if applicable!).

What happens if a M/B card causes my conditioning level to drop to ‘Hospital’ level?

• Uhmmmm, you guessed it: you have to go to hospital, MATE.

If you pickup a sponsorship deal but can’t activate it, what happens?

• If you can’t activate the card (e.g. video game deal), the card should be placed to the bottom of the deck – but if you want to try a variant where you pass the card on (clockwise) until someone activates it, then who’s stopping you?
